Here’s a tip that I wish somone had told me a while back:

If you are typing in word or outlook and get a double space when you hit Enter, to avoid it, press Shift + Enter at the same time. I’ve noticed alot of people have the double spacing thing going on in their email signature and thats becuase your email signature is edited in word.
